Applying for a Cleveland County Marriage License

Both people must visit the Cleveland County Register of Deeds office together. The office is in Room 151 at 311 E. Marion St., Shelby, NC 28150. Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
